Padelground Sunshine Coast Instagram Competition – Grounds Pass Giveaway

Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Padelground (the "Promoter"). For inquiries, contact via Instagram DM @thepadelgrounds or the official website.

2. Promotion Period

The competition commences at the time the promotional post is published on the Padelground Instagram account and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on Thursday, 19 February 2026 (the "Promotional Period").

3. Eligibility

Entry is open only to residents of Queensland, Australia who are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, associated agencies, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter, during the Promotional Period:

  • Follow the official Padelground Instagram account (@thepadelgrounds).

  • Like the competition post.

  • Comment on the competition post, tagging up to three (3) friends (each tag must be a valid Instagram account).

Multiple entries are permitted (each comment with tags counts as one entry), but each entry must tag different friends and comply with these Terms. Entries must be original and manually submitted – automated entries, bots, or scripts will be disqualified.

5. Prize

There is one (1) prize to be won:

  • Up to four (4) Grounds Pass to Padelground Sunshine Coast, valued at AUD $299 (the "Prize").
    The Prize includes entry for the winner plus up to three (3) friends (total of up to 4 people) named in the winning entry's comment tags (or substitutes chosen by the winner, subject to availability and Promoter approval).
    The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives. Any unused portion is forfeited. The Promoter is not responsible for any additional costs associated with using the Prize (e.g. travel, food, etc.).

6. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. The draw will take place shortly after the Promotional Period ends.

The winner (and their tagged friends, if applicable) will be notified via Instagram Direct Message (DM) from the official @thepadelgrounds account by Friday, 20 February 2026.

The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the Prize and provide any requested details (e.g. full name, contact information). If the winner does not respond within this time or cannot be contacted, an alternate winner may be selected at random.

7. Prize Claim & Delivery

The Prize must be redeemed at Padelground Sunshine Coast in accordance with any booking or usage conditions provided at the time of notification. The Prize is subject to availability and may have blackout dates or other restrictions.


The Promoter reserves the right to verify the winner's eligibility and may request proof of age and Queensland residency.

8. Instagram Disclaimer


This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, entrants release Instagram from any liability related to this promotion. Entrants must comply with Instagram's Terms of Use (available at https://help.instagram.com/581066165581870).

9. General Conditions

  • The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, contains inappropriate content, or tampers with the entry process.

  • The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or any other factors beyond its reasonable control.

  • The Promoter may cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if it cannot be conducted as planned due to circumstances outside its control.

  • By entering, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions and grant the Promoter permission to use their name, likeness, and entry content (e.g. comment) for promotional purposes without further compensation.

  • Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy and Australian privacy laws.

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
